A one-hour Zoom session for overall conditioning with bodyweight exercises. This workout includes PPG Fitness basic drills, using a ping pong paddle and a ball to provide additional cognitive and physical challenges to a full-body workout.

Equipment needed: A ping pong paddle and 2-3 balls.
